Returns

  2. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  3. To start a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram DM with your order number and product photos.
  4. Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  5. For change of mind or size issues, returns are subject to approval and availability.

  3. The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Refund Process

  2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 working days.
  3. If approved, you’ll receive a confirmation message.
  4. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days through your original payment method or as store credit.
  5. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
